Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Austin Northwest/Research Blvd

Tatiana gave us wonderful service! The rooms are nice. As well as the bathroom & showers are really classy & clean.

Great, no-frills hotel in a good location. We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay overall was uneventful in the best way possible. Staff are friendly, the hotel's breakfast has amazing options, and the rooms were spacious. The only thing is that I wish the TV had HBO Max on it. Despite the building being right up against the highway and our room facing it, the noise was minimal. Soundproofing on the windows works well and the noise never bothered me.

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean, staff were excellent, plenty of parking, good location, great free breakfast, and nice big bathroom. Only slight downside is that the staff kept changing our towels even when we didn't throw them on the ground. Not a huge deal, but slightly wasteful as I don't mind using the same towel several days. But a strong location. Near a HEB, domain, strip mall, and plenty of food options. Also surprised at how there was almost 0 noise from the highway nearby. No issues with getting some sleep.

Javed was SO HELPFUL. My family had taken a trip for the weekend to see our extended family and we had been driving for the whole day! The plan was not to stay in Austin, however the time was getting late and we needed to rest. Upon booking through hotels.com, my date for check in was booked for the Wrong day and not the day I needed it for. Javed was kind to get us booked in for the night, gave us early check in and waived the fee! We surely got some much needed sleep and enjoyed breakfast. He explained everything the hotel had to offer very thoroughly. Thank you Javed for making our stay welcoming.

Easy process to check in, mobile key worked great. The staff was definitely the highlight of this location. I was originally given a room on the hwy side of the hotel, which was a little too load for my liking. They switched me to the other side without issue. The room and the grounds were clean, will be staying here again if I’m in the area.

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! We had all we needed and felt safe with great access to the city. I especially want to call out Rebecca (I hope I spelled it right!) at the front desk. She had the kindest smile and was so friendly, professional, talkative, and made sure we received our room location preference and that everything was alright when we came back down to leave for dinner. She was very present and helpful when we got things from the market later. She went above and beyond compared to many and makes Marriott and this Fairfield shine! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thanks, y’all, and especially you, Rebecca!

Sierra was hands down amazing at the front desk. From helping me check-in to gaining access to the business room for my session with students. It’s rare I find good customer service and even went out her way to accommodate some of our students. She makes me want to book a stay here every time I’m in Texas

I I stayed at this hotel for two nights, from June 26 to 28, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was also very good.
